Our tours run rain or shine, as long as weather conditions are safe for riding. If there’s severe weather that affects safety, we may need to reschedule your tour for another day.

Yes, we ask all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tour time. This ensures a smooth check-in process and helps us stay on schedule.
